The front desk is very patient as well as the nurses No one was in a rush. The provider was very attentive and my children loved her. Our pediatrician retired and i was nervous about finding a new one. So happy we are here
We took our daughter for her 6 month appointment and had a great visit with the provider. She was very knowledgeable and helped us feel at ease for choosing a delayed vaccination schedule. Will continue to take both our kids to this office.
We just recently found WRP and this was the pediatrician office I have been searching for for years! I am so impressed with the care we receive here ( we have never received this kind of support at other offices before) and everyone is so kind and their entire approach makes all of the difference. I used to dread when my child was sick and going to the pediatrician or having to call with questions but they make it such a wonderful experience and truly want to make sure you are heard and feel comfortable and educated with every choice they provide/offer. Very grateful to have found this place!
We can’t say enough great things about the practice, from the front office staff to the MAs and providers! Front office staff were kind enough to get both of my kids in for sick visits (same day!!) before their first well visit since we are new to the area. That was such a relief and we were so grateful to be seen same day. The MAs were so compassionate and kind. Most importantly, we found Tami to be so informative and helpful with all the questions we had. What a breath of fresh air to move to a new state and join a new practice where the provider is a partner with us parents to find the best care plan for our kids. We’re so grateful to have found Well Rooted and specifically Tami!!
Today, I had my first visits for my daughters 2 year old well visit and I LOVED the treatment and guidance we received. This office is exemplary of a collaborative approach to pediatrics between practitioners and parents. I also loved how they included my daughter in every aspect of the visit, they respected her autonomy (yes, even at 2 y/o) and made sure she was comfortable. Kayla was our MA and she was phenomenal, my daughter didn’t even flinch after having to get blood work done and even gave her snuggles afterwards. 10/10 would recommend this office and I’d wish I’d found them sooner.
My family absolutely love NP Annalise Clayborne!! She is down to earth , listens and mixes Holistic with western. We are firm believers that both are needed. She’s isn’t Pro you MUST VAX. She Pro “let me educate you on your options, but you make the decision you’re comfortable with based on the conversation and concerns”. She has a homeopathic and regular supplements available so it’s like a one stop shop. Her staff is amazing in person , over the phone and on over the Portal system. Frasheika ( might of spelled wrong) she handles authorizations ect via the portal and things over the phone she is quick friendly and listens to relay the msg or concerns you have. It’s like being on a txt thread through the portal. All in all if you come here you are Good to go!!
Annalise and her whole team are wonderful. She takes the time to get to know her patients, ask questions and build relationships. I’ve never felt rushed in my children’s appointments, and in times we needed a sick visit we were always able to get in. I also love that parents feel they have a choice in my child’s care. We drive almost an hour to see Annalise, and it’s worth it every time.
We've been seeing Annalise Clayborne for 8 years now. She listens to my concerns and is very well informed. I trust her and her colleagues. They are all friendly and knowledgeable.
