Annalise Clayborne, APRN, cPNP

Annalise Clayborne, APRN, cPNP

Annalise is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her baccalaureate degree in Human Development and Family Science and later her Master’s degree in Nursing with a pediatric focus from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in primary care and has her certification through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB).

Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she was a nurse in a level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Austin, Texas. She practiced conventional primary care at All About Children Pediatrics prior to transitioning to functional medicine with Shine Pediatrics and then Natural Choice Pediatrics. She loves getting to know her patients and parents and helping them raise healthy, productive young adults.

Annalise has undergone training through the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), the “gold standard” in functional medicine, and the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs (MAPS). She is also certified in Homeopathy from the Center for Education and Development of Clinical Homeopathy (CEDH) by Boiron. Annalise has also been voted as one of the Best Pediatric NP’s by DFW Moms.

Annalise is married and has three children, one daughter and twin boys. She also has a Pomksy (Pomeranian/Husky) named Miko. She stays active in the community as a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and is a member of One Community Church in Allen.
